Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Operations Enablement leader to scale servicing experiences across its Operations organization.

You will define and execute strategies that ensure operational readiness, align people, processes, and enablement systems with the servicing strategy, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will own cross-functional roadmaps, dependency planning, and change management while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external vendors to translate strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or product operations in large-scale/global operations.
• Proven track record delivering impact across efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, PM/PMO, and change management (Black Belt, PMP, or Prosci preferred).
• Experience scaling knowledge management and training (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS, or AI-driven tools).
• Strong background in regulated industries (fintech/financial services preferred).
• Excellent influence and communication skills with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs ensuring alignment with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define and execute servicing strategy with clear roadmaps and KPIs.
• Lead enterprise-wide improvements using Lean Six Sigma and change management methods.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to translate concepts into manuals for humans and AI agents.
• Develop and evolve knowledge ecosystem (SOPs, learning platforms, AI-enabled tools).
• Oversee end-to-end design and delivery of training programs with measurement.
• Champion global readiness for product launches, expansions, and regulatory changes.
• Use dashboards and qualitative feedback to improve workflows and localization quality.
