CFS Solutions seeks a Director of Business Operations to report to the CEO and lead operations across support, projects, and order intake. You will supervise two managers, drive project closures to billing, and reduce backlog while shaping scalable SOPs and processes.

Based in the United States and available to work 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern, you bring finance/ops background, experience managing managers, and a track record of improving KPIs, forecasting, and P&L alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Operations Management, or related field
• Experience managing people managers and setting/tracking KPIs
• Led day-to-day operations across multiple functions (support, projects, or order intake)
• Proven program/project leadership delivering closures and backlog reduction
• Process improvement ownership: design, document, implement SOPs
• Financial fluency: KPI scorecards, forecasting, P&L

Responsabilités

• Lead the Customer Experience and Support managers and their teams: set KPIs and develop leaders
• Drive project closures and deliverables to billing; reduce project backlog
• Own SOPs and processes; review, redesign, and scale them as teams grow
• Run KPI scorecard linking operations to the P&L: closures, SLAs, time-to-resolve, response times, retention
• Partner with compliance lead to align processes with banking regulations (not a compliance role)
• Collaborate with CEO on business direction and take operational decisions off her plate
