The role requires a seasoned leader who can build processes, manage a remote team across time zones, and drive accountability. Compensation starts at $80,000–$100,000 plus performance bonus, with a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• You have held a senior operations seat (Director/VP/Head of Ops/COO).
• You can scale a service business and remove bottlenecks.
• You manage remote teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Track and optimize delivery across Account Management, Delivery, and Operations.
• Own the KPI scoreboard: launch time, on-time delivery, leads, booked calls, client health, and utilization.
• Lead weekly team huddles and monthly all-hands; coach and develop department leads.
