Job summary

Innovas in the United States is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the corporate operations team and drive transformation across the enterprise. You will establish scalable processes, governance, and performance management to enable growth and cross-functional execution.

Reporting to the COO, you partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to implement new workflows, automate where possible, and reduce administrative burden while maintaining accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in operations, business operations, operational excellence, or related field.
• Experience building operational capabilities in high-growth or rapidly changing organizations.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead enterprise operations to support organizational scale and efficiency.
• Develop and manage enterprise-wide budgets and resource plans.
• Partner with HR and executive leadership to establish enterprise planning and performance frameworks.
• Serve as the primary operational advisor to the COO and executive leadership.
• Support launch and optimization of new business lines and capabilities.
