• Equal parts Interpersonal Skills depth and Persuasion curiosity.
• A communicator who can disagree without making it personal.
• Willingness to commute to Salinas, CA or work flexibly as needed.
• An instinct for prioritization when everything is labeled urgent.
• Working familiarity with full-time schedules and team norms at ScaleForward.
