Resourceful Talent Group seeks an experienced Director of Operations to lead a five-person team (onshore and offshore) and drive scalable operational infrastructure in a fast-growth MCA/fintech environment. You will report to the CFO, oversee deal processing, payments, reporting, and system integrations, and partner with leadership to deploy new technologies.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the merchant cash advance (MCA), alternative lending, fintech, or similar financial services is required.
• Demonstrated success improving processes and scaling operational functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five operations professionals.
• Oversee daily operations, including deal processing, payments, reporting, and workflow management.
• Manage operational systems, software integrations, and third-party vendors.
• Troubleshoot operational and system issues to ensure business continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale operational processes.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation and best practices.
• Partner with leadership to optimize operations and implement new technologies when beneficial.
• Evaluate the existing technology stack and recommend improved systems or processes where appropriate.
