Staffing Industry Leader- Sales, Recruitment and Operations

The Redda Group has been retained to find a strategic and execution-driven Director of Operations to lead operational discipline, project execution, and organizational alignment across sales, engineering, IT operations, and marketing. This role is pivotal in ensuring our growth, delivery, and financial health move in lockstep.

What You’ll Do

As Director of Operations, you’ll report directly to the CEO and be responsible for scaling the company into its next phase of growth. Your leadership will span:

• Operations & PMO – Build and lead a structured project management office (PMO); standardize project tracking, reporting, and profitability metrics; optimize tools and processes across CRM, ERP, and ticketing systems
• Engineering & IT Operations – Balance presales and delivery engineering resources; implement quality frameworks for cybersecurity and IT services; drive workflow automation and cross-functional system integration
• Revenue Enablement & Marketing – Align pipeline forecasting and delivery capacity with financial rigor; strengthen partner alignment and demand-generation capabilities
• AI & Automation – Evaluate and deploy AI solutions across business functions; improve customer experience and operational efficiency; ensure compliance and risk safeguards in AI adoption

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in operations, PMO, or leadership roles in IT services, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech
• Strong grasp of project-based revenue models and deal structuring
• Proven success in scaling engineering and IT operations teams
• Experience aligning operations with CRO/CMO functions
• Familiarity with CRM, PSA, ERP, and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow)
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI/automation into workflows
• Excellent communication skills for executive and partner-level engagement
