Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Operations Director based in the United States to lead and scale a high-performing inside sales and appointment-setting team for a fast-growing AI-driven tech business in the home services space. You will own daily operations, staffing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management to drive revenue and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an inside sales/appointment-setting team.
• Experience hiring, onboarding, coaching, and managing sales reps in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of phone-based sales and lead conversion and call evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of inside sales and appointment-setting team.
• Manage staffing, schedules, attendance, and weekend rotations to match lead volumes.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new sales reps quickly.
• Monitor call quality and provide actionable coaching to improve performance.
• Track KPIs: speed to lead, contact rate, booking rate, show rate.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to maintain results.
• Document workflows and operating procedures for consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align team performance with business objectives.
