Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Director, Sales Strategy & Operations – Groups in the United States to shape the strategic direction and operational performance of a growing group travel sales organization. You will partner with senior sales leadership to optimize go-to-market strategies, productivity, and translate business objectives into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in sales strategy and/or revenue operations or top-tier consulting.
• Experience partnering with VP/C-suite revenue leaders and delivering measurable results.
• Proven AI/automation experience in modern sales orgs.
• Deep knowledge of pipeline analytics, capacity planning, forecasting, and GTM strategy.
• Strong data-driven decision making and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own sales segmentation, territory design, and coverage models.
• Develop capacity models with GTM Finance and support multi-year headcount planning.
• Define KPIs, data instrumentation, and BI frameworks for leadership.
• Establish and manage the sales operating cadence and quarterly reviews.
• Lead AI strategy for prospecting, forecasting, and coaching.
