Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner, seeks a Director of Automation Operations in the United States to lead AI-powered support experiences and automation initiatives within Member Services. You will drive governance, performance monitoring, and improvements across AI agents, automated workflows, and productivity tools.

As a people leader, you will mentor automation professionals, foster innovation, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align automation with business

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in customer support operations or digital-first service models.
• Experience with AI-enabled support, workflow automation, or automation governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable operational and technical solutions.
• Knowledge of governance, QA, risk management and compliance in regulated environments.
• Experience mentoring automation professionals and building capability programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI support performance, agent health, containment, and escalation accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement with performance reviews and defect management for AI and workflows.
• Direct design and deployment of low-code/no-code automation to reduce manual work.
• Define testing, documentation, QA, release management, and maintenance standards.
• Partner with Human Support Operations to optimize handoffs and complex workflows.
• Develop talent, coaching, and professional development within the automation team.
