Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building and maintaining data models.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze servicing and collections performance along with application funnels and contact-center metrics.
• Build and maintain automated reports and data files for lending partners, investors, and vendors.
• Maintain and extend data models in Snowflake and dbt, and support dashboards used by Operations leaders.
• Apply consistent key metrics definitions and audit existing models.
