Splash Financial is seeking an Operations Data Analyst who loves turning data into decision-making. You will analyze servicing, collections, and application funnels, build automated reports for partners, and maintain data models in Snowflake/dbt to support leadership dashboards.

The role requires 3+ years in analytics, strong SQL, and proficiency with BI tools. Remote-first workplace with in-person collections in Arizona; competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills and experience building and maintaining data models.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage own workload and deliver projects on time with minimal direction.
• Experience with AI/ML tools or AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze servicing and collections performance along with application funnels and contact-center metrics.
• Build and maintain automated reports and data files for lending partners, investors, and vendors.
• Maintain and extend data models in Snowflake and dbt; support dashboards used by Operations leaders.
• Apply consistent metrics definitions; audit models and reconcile numbers with partner figures.
• Identify performance gaps, test hypotheses with data, and build analyses for leadership.
• Apply AI tools to streamline analytics work and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to scope requests and deliver solutions.
