Splash Financial is seeking an Operations Data Analyst who loves using data to solve problems and drive real business impact. You will help improve performance across teams by delivering data-driven insights, building automated reports, and applying AI tools to streamline processes.

The ideal candidate has 1–3+ years in analytics, strong SQL and data modeling skills, and experience with Snowflake/dbt and BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with AI/ML tools or AI-driven solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze servicing and collections performance and application funnels.
• Build and maintain automated reports for lending partners and vendors.
• Maintain data models in Snowflake and dbt; support dashboards.
• Audit models and reconcile numbers with partner figures.
• Identify performance gaps and test hypotheses with data.
• Apply AI tools to streamline analytics work.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams.
