Splash Financial, Inc. is seeking an Operations Data Analyst who loves turning data into actionable insights. You will analyze servicing, collections performance, and application funnels while building automated reports for lending partners and investors.

You’ll maintain Snowflake/dbt data models and help leadership with data-driven recommendations, using AI tools to boost efficiency. The role requires strong SQL, BI tool proficiency, and 3+ years of analytical experience, plus a business

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as Data/Business Analyst.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze servicing and collections performance and application funnels.
• Build and maintain automated reports and data files for partners and vendors.
• Maintain and extend data models in Snowflake and dbt; support dashboards.
• Audit data definitions and reconcile numbers with partner figures.
• Identify performance gaps; test hypotheses and build data-driven recommendations.
• Apply AI tools to streamline analytics work and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to scope requests.
