Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Sigma/Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience applying AI/ML tools to analytics tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze servicing and collections performance and application funnels.
• Build and maintain automated reports for lenders, investors, and vendors.
• Maintain data models in Snowflake and dbt and support dashboards.
• Standardize key metrics and reconcile numbers with partners.
• Identify performance gaps, test hypotheses, and present insights to leadership.
• Apply AI tools to streamline analytics work and collaborate with engineering.
• Partner with data engineering, product, and business teams to deliver solutions.
