Ocean City Vacation Homes is seeking a driven and dependable Remote Operations Associate to become the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations. You’ll be the connector behind the scenes, working with guests, homeowners, housekeeping teams, and maintenance partners to ensure every stay runs smoothly from start to finish.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll juggle guest inquiries, bookings, and property updates, while maintaining communication and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in the vacation rental industry.
• Effective and clear communication skills in English.
• High school diploma and ability to be a problem solver.
• Microsoft 365
• Self Starter looking to grow within company
• Be able to type at 50+ WPM
• Problem Solving and Critical thinking skills
• Excited to work in a high paced environment

Responsibilities

• Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries before and during their stay.
• Guest issues resolution (Wi-Fi problems, maintenance).
• Handle booking questions, and adjust reservations as needed.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate maintenance or repairs at properties.
• Ensure properties are ready for upcoming guests.
• Owner Communication: Update property owners about bookings, issues, or maintenance.
• Help coordinate improvements or repairs with owners.
• Maintain Communication.
• Listing & Booking Management: Manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or the company's website.
• Monitor reservations and occupancy.
• Administrative Tasks: Track operational reports (cleaning schedules, maintenance logs).
• Process guest feedback or reviews.
• Help improve operational processes.
