Ocean City Vacation Homes is seeking a driven and dependable Remote Operations Associate to become the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations. You’ll be the connector behind the scenes, working with guests, homeowners, housekeeping teams, and maintenance partners to ensure every stay runs smoothly from start to finish.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll juggle guest inquiries, bookings, and property updates, while maintaining communication and high service standards.

Qualifications

3+ years minimum experience in the vacation rental industry.
Effective and clear communication skills in English.
High school diploma and ability to be a problem solver.
Microsoft 365
Self Starter looking to grow within company
Be able to type at 50+ WPM
Problem Solving and Critical thinking skills
Excited to work in a high paced environment

Responsibilities

Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries before and during their stay.
Guest issues resolution (Wi-Fi problems, maintenance).
Handle booking questions, and adjust reservations as needed.
Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate maintenance or repairs at properties.
Ensure properties are ready for upcoming guests.
Owner Communication: Update property owners about bookings, issues, or maintenance.
Help coordinate improvements or repairs with owners.
Maintain Communication.
Listing & Booking Management: Manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or the company's website.
Monitor reservations and occupancy.
Administrative Tasks: Track operational reports (cleaning schedules, maintenance logs).
Process guest feedback or reviews.
Help improve operational processes.
