This fast-paced role requires clear English communication, problem solving, and the ability to work remotely with a high-volume workload.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in the vacation rental industry.
• Effective and clear communication skills in English
• High school diploma and ability to be a problem solver
• Microsoft 365
• Self starter looking to grow within company
• Be able to type at 50+ WPM
• Problem Solving and Critical thinking skills
• Excited to work in a high paced environment

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries before and during their stay.
• Coordinate maintenance or repairs at properties and ensure readiness for guests.
• Update property owners about bookings, issues, or maintenance.
• Manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or company site.
• Track operational reports such as cleaning schedules and maintenance logs.
• Process guest feedback or reviews and help improve processes.
