Seaside Vacation Homes Powered by VROPCO is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Reservations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The fully remote role involves managing the reservations process for vacation rental properties, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

You will work from home with access to LiveRez/Track and other booking platforms. Office hours are 9:30 AM–6:00 PM PST, and the position starts at $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with reservation management systems or booking platforms (LiveRez, Track, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations for vacation rental properties from inquiry to booking.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Assist guests in finding suitable properties based on needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with property owners/managers for availability and accurate information.
• Maintain reservation calendar and update availability.
• Process reservations, collect payments, and issue confirmations.
