Ocean City Vacation Homes seeks a Remote Operations Associate to support guests, homeowners, and property teams. You will ensure smooth stays by coordinating maintenance, communication, and bookings in a fast-paced setting from a remote location.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in vacation rentals, strong English communication, and a problem-solving mindset. The role requires high energy, reliability, and comfort with a 40–50 hour weekly schedule including weekends in peak season.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in the vacation rental industry.
• Effective and clear communication skills in English.
• High school diploma and ability to be a problem solver.
• Microsoft 365.
• Self Starter looking to grow within company.
• Be able to type at 50+ WPM.
• Problem Solving and Critical thinking skills.
• Excited to work in a high paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries before and during their stay; Resolve guest issues (Wi‑Fi problems, maintenance issues, etc.); Handle booking questions, and adjust reservations as needed.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate maintenance or repairs at properties; Ensure properties are ready for upcoming guests.
• Owner Communication: Update property owners about bookings, issues, or maintenance; Help coordinate improvements or repairs with owners; Maintain communication.
• Listing & Booking Management: Manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or the company's website; Monitor reservations and occupancy.
• Administrative Tasks: Track operational reports (cleaning schedules, maintenance logs); Process guest feedback or reviews; Help improve operational processes.
