Ocean City Vacation Homes seeks a driven Remote Operations Associate to support day-to-day operations with guests, homeowners, housekeeping, and maintenance partners. You’ll juggle guest inquiries, scheduling, and listings while ensuring properties are ready for guests and issues are resolved promptly.

The role is high-volume and fast-paced, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Remote position with weekends required in-season and variable hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in the vacation rental industry.
• Effective and clear communication skills in English.
• High school diploma and ability to be a problem solver.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Self starter with a growth mindset.
• Be able to type at 50+ WPM.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excited to work in a high paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Support: Respond to guest inquiries before and during their stay; resolve guest issues (Wi‑Fi problems, maintenance issues, etc.); handle booking questions and adjust reservations as needed.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate maintenance or repairs at properties; ensure properties are ready for upcoming guests.
• Owner Communication: Update property owners about bookings, issues, or maintenance; help coordinate improvements or repairs with owners; maintain communication.
• Listing & Booking Management: Manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or the company's website; monitor reservations and occupancy.
• Administrative Tasks: Track operational reports (cleaning schedules, maintenance logs); process guest feedback or reviews; help improve operational processes.
