Qualifications

3+ years minimum experience in the vacation rental industry.
Effective and clear communication skills in English

Responsibilities

Respond to guest inquiries before and during their stay.
Coordinate maintenance or repairs at properties and ensure readiness for guests.
Update property owners about bookings, issues, or maintenance.
Manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, or company site.
Track operational reports such as cleaning schedules and maintenance logs.
Process guest feedback or reviews and help improve processes.

Position Summary

Ocean City Vacation Homes is seeking a driven and dependable Remote Operations Associate to become the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations. This is a role for someone who takes pride in doing the little things right, shows up ready to solve problems, and finds satisfaction in helping others succeed. You’ll be the connector behind the scenes, working alongside guests, homeowners, housekeeping teams, and maintenance partners to ensure every stay runs smoothly from start to finish.
