Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator for our Supply Chain Solutions division, based in New Albany, OH with remote options. The role involves coordinating carrier relationships, ensuring SOP compliance, delivery performance, and timely billing. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with exempt salary pay.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers
• Research and update orders on RTBS report; schedule with Network Carriers
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and RA clarifications for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly)
• Research orders on the 'Over 50' report; obtain POD or survey customer to confirm delivery and enable invoicing
