Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks.
• Update orders on RTBS report with Network Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly).
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and verify delivery with POD.
• Respond to invoice questions from the Invoicing Team.
• Validate complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with return trucks.
