Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator for remote work in Ohio within our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role focuses on Network Carrier coordination, SOP compliance, delivery performance, and timely billing.

Responsibilities include scheduling, RA processing, reports management, and supporting the Operations Supervisor. Candidates need a logistics background and at least 1 year of related experience, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• One year or more related experience required
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets and coordinate with Network Carriers
• Update orders on RTBS and schedule with carriers
• Process and track RAs and clarifications for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report monthly
• Investigate orders on the Over 50 report and obtain PODs or follow up with customers
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Invoicing Team
• Validate complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders
• Assist Operations Supervisor with returning trucks
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email
