Ryder System in New Albany, OH is hiring an Operations Coordinator for its Supply Chain Solutions division. This remote-friendly role supports 4th‑party carrier coordination, delivery performance, and accurate billing to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include printing delivery tickets, updating RTBS orders, processing RAs, managing the Open RA report, investigating the Over 50 delivery window, and answering carrier invoicing questions.

Responsabilidades

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers
• Research and update orders on RTBS report; work with Network Carriers to schedule orders
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related RA tasks for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly)
• Research orders on the "Over 50" report and obtain PODs or follow up with customers to confirm delivery
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team
