Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end operational processes, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze operational reports and dashboards; interpret data for trends and risks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align processes, priorities, and execution; act as primary contact.
• Own and maintain operational documentation, process maps, and training materials; support onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, and regulatory requirements; monitor quality and compliance.
