Soundview Landscape Irrigation is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our Seattle-area operations. This fully remote role requires residing within an hour of Kenmore, WA, and serves as the central point of contact between clients, field crews, and leadership.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and dependable, with 3+ years in admin or dispatch roles. You will manage schedules, coordinate technicians, track work orders, and identify process improvements to keep

Qualifications

• 3+ years in administrative, office coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service.
• Experience in service-based industries preferred.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter who works with minimal supervision.
• Process-minded and able to improve efficiency.
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and business software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries.
• Manage high-volume phone and email communication with clients.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars.
• Dispatch crews and communicate schedule updates throughout the day.
• Create, update, and maintain work orders.
• Track project and service status to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, delays, and service updates.
• Support administrative functions including data entry, document management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with field crews and leadership to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and help develop new processes, workflows, and best practices.
