Soundview Landscape Irrigation is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support our irrigation and outdoor lighting division. This remote role requires proximity to Kenmore, WA, serving Seattle-area operations as the central point of contact for clients, crews, and leadership.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of improving processes. Responsibilities include scheduling, dispatching, data entry, and proactive communication with customers to ensure timely project

Formación

• `3+ years in administrative, office coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service`
• `Experience in service-based industries preferred`
• `Excellent communication and organization skills`
• `Proactive, self-motivated, process-minded`

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for customer calls and inquiries
• Manage high-volume phone and email communication
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician calendars
• Dispatch crews and communicate schedule updates
• Create, update, and maintain work orders
• Track project and service status for timely completion
• Proactively inform customers of scheduling, delays, and updates
• Support data entry, document management, and reporting
• Collaborate with field crews and leadership for seamless operations
• Identify inefficiencies and help develop new processes and workflows
• Maintain accurate records and exceptional customer service
