Qualifications

• Five or more years in construction operations, project coordination, office management, or a related role.
• Strong scheduling, bookkeeping, written communication, and follow-through.
• Comfort with cloud-based accounting, project-management, document, and calendar tools.
• Able to manage sensitive client, employee, vendor, and financial information discreetly.
• Available for regular York-area meetings and occasional project-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project, crew, trade-partner, delivery, and inspection schedules
• Coordinate client selections, decisions, access, updates, and upcoming milestones
• Maintain project records, purchase documentation, receipts, bills, and accounting workflows
• Track open items and follow through with vendors, field leads, and clients
• Prepare weekly operating views covering schedule risk, staffing, materials, and cash-flow inputs
• Improve repeatable systems without burying a field company in unnecessary process
