Job summary

Advocate Health in the United States is seeking a data analyst to collect, review, and analyze data for assigned projects. The role is fully remote with travel to facilities as needed and requires time-management and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities include developing and documenting process workflows, training teammates, and acting as a subject matter expert for practice operations. Licensure or certification is required and Epic WorkQueue experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification required: ~2 years practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical or clinical practice experience.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience.

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for various process improvement activities and compares performance prior to process changes and post implementation.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on particular aspects of practice operations and develops process workflows.
• Documents process workflows, develops job aids, and publishes documents in an organized format.
• Manages several projects concurrently and trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
