Advocate Health is seeking a data-focused analyst for a fully remote, full-time role. You will collect and analyze data across projects, perform time studies, and develop workflows to support process improvements within the department.

The position requires an Associates Degree and 2 years of practice operations or 4 years related clerical/clinical experience. Travel to facilities is possible; remote work is available across multiple states.

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Time studies for process improvement activities and compares performance pre/post changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on processes and workflows for operations.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for various process improvement activities and compares performance prior to process changes and post implementation.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on certain aspects of practice operations as defined above in development of process workflows.
• Documents process workflows, develops job aids, documents process changes and publishes documents in an organized, disciplined format.
• Uses critical thinking to evaluate readiness for change and facilitates change management for internal customers.
• Manages several projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to meet organizational goals.
