Softheon, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Analyst I to join our Operations team. This remote role focuses on analyzing data and optimizing business processes to support strategic goals in the healthtech space.

The ideal candidate will collect and interpret data, report on key metrics, and collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams while staying compliant with industry standards. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required; healthcare/tech background a plus.
• 1–3 years in business operations or data analysis.
• Experience in healthcare or technology is beneficial; STEM experience required.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred; willing to certify within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics for stakeholders.
• Support project management activities and track progress.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams to align on goals.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and healthtech tech.
• Maintain documentation of processes, analyses, and procedures.
