Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a driven Legal Operations professional to own core legal processes and scale them with AI-driven automation. You will report to the Legal Counsel and drive cross-functional projects across the US and Canada, ensuring regulatory and brand compliance while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

You'll build scalable workflows, implement low-code solutions, and lead audits, filings, and consumer escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, or related field.
• Proven track record of leading legal ops projects from start to finish.
• Experience with AI-driven efficiency and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own core legal operations and drive end-to-end process improvements.
• Lead regulatory and product compliance reviews with Engineering and Product.
• Manage entity compliance across US and Canada; oversee filings and audits.
• Monitor IP protection and brand protection workflows.
• Handle consumer escalations and audits with high accuracy.
