Jerry.ai is seeking a Legal Operations Lead to drive core legal processes across the US and Canada, with AI-driven, low-code workflows. You will own projects end-to-end, from research to execution, and scale operations as the company grows.

You'll partner with the Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams to automate, ensure regulatory compliance, manage entity filings, IP protection, and consumer escalations, all while maintaining rigorous risk controls and fast, reliable execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; high performance track record preferred.
• Experience owning projects from start to finish in legal/ops contexts.
• Interest or experience in using AI and automation to improve workflows.

• Own legal operations projects from start to finish and automate tasks.
• Coordinate with Legal Counsel on research, reviews, and regulatory projects.
• Maintain entity compliance across the US and Canada, including filings.
• Monitor brand protection and IP infringements; initiate remediation workflows.
• Handle consumer escalations and derive systemic fixes; share learnings as training.
• Oversee product compliance reviews and collaborate with Engineering/Product to fix issues.
• Lead compliance audits across operations and high-risk areas.
