Jerry.ai is seeking a highly capable legal operations professional to own end-to-end initiatives, optimize processes with AI and low-code tools, and partner with our Legal Counsel on critical contracts and research. You will drive automation, manage filings and audits, and turn escalations into scalable training across a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an academically rigorous program with high performance.
Track record of owning projects from start to finish and solving problems without being told how.

Responsibilities

Build and optimize legal processes using AI and low-code tools.
Manage filings, deadlines, and audits with precision.
Collaborate with Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews and other projects.
Automate recurring tasks and streamline workflows to run autonomously.
Lead audits across operations and address high-risk areas.
Investigate escalations to root causes and develop training to prevent recurrence.
