Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a hands-on Legal Operations lead to own core processes, filings, audits, and compliance across the US and Canada. You’ll automate workflows with AI and low-code tools, reporting to the Legal Counsel and shaping scalable operations in a fast‑growing startup.

You’ll drive projects end-to-end, tackle complex escalations, and partner with Engineering and Product to reduce risk and friction while building a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end projects from inception to completion.
• Identify and solve complex problems without explicit instructions.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate core legal processes and enable automated workflows with AI and low-code tools.
• Learn from leaders with backgrounds at Amazon, Better, LinkedIn, McKinsey, BCG and Bain.
• Support legal research, contract reviews, and other substantive projects with the Legal Counsel.
• Investigate escalations, root causes, and turn recurring issues into training for teams.
