Jerry.ai is seeking a proactive Legal Operations role to own critical processes from start to finish. You will guide AI-driven automation and low-code workflows to replace routine tasks, while leading regulatory and contractual projects across the US and Canada.

The role blends law, technology, and startup pace to elevate efficiency and accuracy. You will report to the Legal Counsel and build scalable systems that support filings, audits, and ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a rigorous program with high performance.
• Track record of owning projects from start to finish.
• Interest in using AI and technology to improve how work gets done, such as tools you built yourself.

Responsibilities

• Automation: replace manual legal tasks with workflows driven by AI and low-code tools.
• Legal and regulatory projects: support research, contract reviews, and other substantive work.
• Entity compliance: keep Jerry’s entities in good standing across US and Canada.
• Brand protection: monitor intellectual property and initiate cease-and-desist workflows.
• Consumer escalations: investigate root causes and turn recurring issues into training.
• Product compliance reviews: assess risks and collaborate with Engineering and Product to fix issues.
• Compliance audits: lead audits across operations and identify high-risk areas.
