RZ HR Studio is seeking an Operations Manager to own core ecommerce operations, from recruitment and inventory to customer service. This remote, full-time role requires hands-on problem solving and cross-functional collaboration with founders to drive business growth and operational excellence.

You will optimize workflows, develop SOPs, and ensure seamless coordination across departments while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ecommerce operations experience.
• Experience with subscription-based brands.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Knowledge of inventory, supply chain, and customer service operations.
• Strong organization and cross-functional communication.

• Willingness to work across Amsterdam/Dubai time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring for internal roles.
• Oversee inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and supply chain coordination.
• Lead customer service operations, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and handle escalations, chargebacks, and suspicious orders.
• Coordinate invoice processing, payroll, and payment tracking.
• Develop SOPs, onboarding workflows, and internal processes.
• Work closely with founders and team leads to resolve operational challenges.
