Job summary

Fetch is seeking an Operations Data Manager to lead the analytics team that turns operational data into insight and action. You will partner across Ad Ops, AI Ops, Platform Integrity, and User Support to define KPIs, build trusted reporting, and surface trends that drive strategy and efficiency.

You will set the team operating model, mentor analysts, and ensure scalable, self-serve dashboards with robust data quality. This full-time role can be remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
• Experience leading analysts or teams.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to manage large datasets.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, HEX, Tableau or Grafana.
• Ability to translate insights into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Analytics capability and define KPIs.
• Develop trusted reporting and surface trends for decision making.
• Manage a team of Operations Data Analysts and set development plans.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive data-informed strategy.
• Oversee dashboards in HEX, Tableau and Grafana and ensure data quality.
