Job summary

Imagine360 is seeking a Growth Data Operations Manager to oversee data workflows, governance, and quality across CRMs and data sources. This remote role supports inside and field sales by ensuring accurate account, contact, and territory data and AI-assisted workflows.

The candidate will collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to improve data processes, enrichment, deduplication, and reporting while ensuring compliance and auditability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data and operations within a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM data structures, governance and data quality.
• Experience documenting workflows and coordinating cross-functional solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted data workflows and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data workflows, governance, and quality for sales, revenue ops, and reporting.
• Manage account, contact, ownership, territory data, and enrichment across CRMs.
• Maintain data accuracy, issue resolution, and reliable information for reporting.
• Partner with sales, marketing, analytics, and tech to resolve data issues.
