Fetch is seeking an Operations Data Manager to lead a centralized analytics team and transform operational data into actionable insights across Ad Ops, AI Ops, Platform Integrity, and User Support.

You will define the team operating model, build trusted reporting, and drive decisions that reduce friction and improve outcomes. This role blends leadership with hands-on analytics and strategic collaboration across the business.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in Data Analytics, BI, Operations Analytics, Strategy, or related field.
• 1+ years leading analysts or high-performing teams.
• Experience building team capabilities, standards, or operating models from concept to execution.
• Strong SQL skills to extract and understand large datasets across domains.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud-based data warehousing.
• Proven ability to synthesize unstructured data with business context.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and evolve the team’s operating model and delivery rhythms.
• Define standards for analysis quality, KPI definitions, dashboards, documentation.
• Own intake and prioritization of analytics requests with stakeholders.
• Build repeatable mechanisms turning data into prioritized, actionable recommendations.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a team of Operations Data Analysts.
• Review analyses and deliverables for accuracy and clarity.
• Partner with Operations leaders to define KPIs and reporting solutions.
• Communicate findings to cross-functional and senior stakeholders with visuals and narratives.
• Oversee dashboards and reporting in Hex, Tableau and Grafana, promote self-service.
