Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical or clinical practice experience.
• Epic Workqueue or Epic backend experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Written and verbal communication.
• Time management and travel to facilities may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvements and compares performance before and after changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on aspects of practice operations and develops workflows.
• Documents workflows, creates job aids, and publishes procedures in an organized format.
• Uses critical thinking to facilitate change management for processes and workflows.
• Manages several projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality as needed.
• Interacts with providers, team members and practice managers to meet goals.
