You will report to the Associate Director, Workforce Management. This role requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office weekly; Thursdays are an in‑office day for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations forecasting.
• 2+ years handling large datasets and extracting insights.
• 2+ years with SQL; or Python/R with Pandas.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational forecasts for volume and resourcing.
• Align forecast models with business objectives with stakeholders.
• Source data from teams and refine analyses.
• Tell data stories to non-technical audiences.
