Job summary

Inspired Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented IT Technician to provide remote and onsite support for client IT networks, servers, and desktops.

You will troubleshoot, log tickets via ConnectWise/Autotask, and contribute to knowledgebase while pursuing ongoing certifications. Requires 2+ years MSP experience and strong English communication.

Office hours Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with some evenings/weekends; valid US work authorization and clean driving record required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT working experience.
• Experience with MSP or IT company preferred.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with ConnectWise/Autotask ticket systems.
• Knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite IT support with high-quality customer service.
• Create and process service requests to resolve client issues in a timely fashion.
• Perform onsite technical support and system installations at client sites.
• Utilize research tools to review client documentation as needed.
• Maintain knowledgebase to ensure accurate troubleshooting articles.
• Thoroughly document all client support services on tickets with steps taken.
• Complete assigned projects and tasks from management.
• Follow up with clients by email or phone to verify service success.
• Develop and present monthly training activities to your manager.
• Attend company meetings as required.
