Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions seeks a Technician I to provide on-site and remote IT support, addressing a range of issues from OS problems to user training. You will play a critical role in maintaining service quality and client satisfaction across diverse environments.

The role requires strong problem-solving, customer service, and hands-on troubleshooting abilities, with full-time on-site work at company or client sites. Valid driver’s license and vehicle access are needed.

Qualifications

Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
Previous Helpdesk or IT support role.
Experience deploying/imaging PCs and managing user profiles.
Proficient with Office 365, MS Office, Adobe, AD, backups, endpoint security, mobility devices, and various business apps.

Responsibilities

Resolve workstation OS issues of any kind.
Address printer issues for clients.
Troubleshoot standard business apps (Office, etc.).
Support line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) and niche apps with vendor help.
Perform basic networking troubleshooting for desktop connectivity.
Answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.
