Job summary

Boston University Medical Campus seeks a Learning Facilitator for the Online MPH program. You will collaborate with Digital Learning Designers and faculty to develop, test, and QA learning modules, ensuring consistent rubrics and transparent assessment.

You’ll run regular office hours across time zones, provide timely student feedback, and assist with grading and rubrics. A conferred MPH and 2+ years in teaching or program management are required; occasional on-campus attendance is expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess a conferred MPH degree.
• 2+ years of experience in teaching, TA, or project/program/product management.
• Self-motivated with a mindset toward continuous improvement.
• Collaborative team player with proactive communication.
• Experience working with faculty, students, and colleagues.
• Ability to provide student-centered support and explain complex concepts.
• Experience collaborating in remote environments and with learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely student feedback and grade assessments using rubrics.
• Lead regular office hours accommodating multiple time zones.
• Review and implement on grading practices and rubrics with faculty.
• Support development, testing, and QA of Online MPH modules.
