Job summary

Boston University is launching new online MS programs and seeks a Learning Facilitator to partner with faculty to deliver content and support students in an entirely online environment.

The LF will handle course delivery, learner feedback, and course improvements, while maintaining a strong student‑centered approach and collaborating with CDS leadership. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling to accommodate adult professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred in STEM fields such as Data Science, CS, SE, CE, or EE.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional, technical, teaching, or instructional support experience.
• Expertise in at least one of: Data Science/Enterprise AI, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback on assignments and course performance per rubrics.
• Hold regular online office hours and engage in weekly discussion forums.
• Report post-launch issues and contribute to course content improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and provide status updates.
