Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; graduate degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional, technical, teaching, or instructional support experience.
• Expertise in at least one of three academic areas (Data Science/Enterprise AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering).

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses and provide timely feedback within online modules.
• Manage online office hours and student discussions; monitor participation weekly.
• Grade assignments and provide detailed feedback on performance.
• Contribute to course improvements and post-launch issue reporting; support operations.
