Job summary

The Adjunct Didactic Faculty fosters nursing competency, critical thinking, and application to practice in accordance with MCPHS policies and national standards.

The selected candidate will be responsible for remote didactic course delivery.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to deliver didactic content online via synchronous and asynchronous formats.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for student interactions.
Advises and assists students through virtual office hours and appointments.

Responsibilities

Delivers didactic instruction via online formats (synchronous and asynchronous).
Provides engaging content and assignments with real-world applications.
Maintains an approved syllabus aligned with MCPHS policies.
Advises students through video, phone, or email office hours.
Uses the LMS for content, grading, and communications with students.
Keeps content updated with current developments in the field.
Collaborates with course coordinator and faculty to support student learning.
Attends orientation and participates in mentoring as identified by core faculty.
Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.
