Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver didactic content online via synchronous and asynchronous formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for student interactions.
• Advises and assists students through virtual office hours and appointments.

Responsibilities

• Delivers didactic instruction via online formats (synchronous and asynchronous).
• Provides engaging content and assignments with real-world applications.
• Maintains an approved syllabus aligned with MCPHS policies.
• Advises students through video, phone, or email office hours.
• Uses the LMS for content, grading, and communications with students.
• Keeps content updated with current developments in the field.
• Collaborates with course coordinator and faculty to support student learning.
• Attends orientation and participates in mentoring as identified by core faculty.
• Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor.
